Frozen (Elsa Anna Kind!) Pancakes

If your house is anything like ours, and you have major fans of Frozen I, II, and all the shorts then these pancakes are for your house!

You just take my basic pancake recipe and add white and blue chocolate chips with a tiny bit of blue food coloring. https://parentingoffscript.com/best-pancake-recipe-basic-recipe/

I have quite a few food grade gel colors, and I think the Wilton’s teal works best. You could just use a regular blue with no issues and it would turn out great. https://www.michaels.com/wilton-icing-color/10051452.html

For the chips you can just use 1/3 of a bag of white chocolate chips and then just rough chop up 1/3 of a cup of blue candy melts. You can find candy melts at any craft store like JoAnn Fabrics, or Walmart, and other places. https://www.michaels.com/wilton-candy-melts-blue/10556608.html (linked Michael’s for ease if your getting the food gel)

This was a special dinner meal we made at the start of all this ‘stay at home’ act. When I made these originally I had a bag left over from all our Christmas cookie baking that was a mix of white and blue chocolate chips. I don’t recommend using a whole bag becuase it was sugar OVERLOAD, however we were able to forgo syrup no problem 🙂

And YES that’s a “Frozen Anna Elsa cup” that I wish I’d of had the foresight to purchase 2 when we were at Disney world last year. It’s a hot commodity around here.

Till then God Bless and Enjoy!
