I love just whipping stuff up on the whim. These little bunnies and carrots were a big hit!
I just took a bit out for the carrot tops and added green food coloring and then the rest orange food coloring. Add your carrot then add your top and don’t forget to drag the batter into the carrot so it still together.
For the bunny pancakes I was over zealous and did to much at once. Best to just do the head with the ears then do the body and then little feet. I topped them with whipped cream (just take whipping cream with a dash of powder sugar and whip to your liking) for the tail. You could add chocolate chips for the pads on the feet also if you’d like.
