While spring is in the near future and temps keep fluctuating from sunny, warm, and beautiful; to cold, dreary, and yucky here’s an activity to do in the interim on those days you don’t want to go out.
I actually can’t take credit for this activity either. My son son is responsible for the thought, idea, and creating this map start to finish. I’m so impressed also with how actuate this map really is with where he wanted us to start and where the treasure was hidden!
With St. Patrick’s Day just around the corner this could be a great game to play also and turn it into a where’s the pot of gold hidden.
A good month ago I found these coins in the St. Patrick’s decor at the Dollar Tree for I think 30 in a pack. I’m glad grabbed two bags becuase we’ve found a few projects and fun things to do with them.
You can all pitch in or just have yourself create a treasure chest with the “booty” in it. Then have someone go and hide the said treasure and create a map. (best to have your artist go along with on the hunt 😉
