Daddy decided to create a detailed map and cut it into 3 parts, one for each kid, and hid that around the yard. Then the map took them around the yard to find the awesome treasure box I created.
Parenting in tandem like this feels like a new level of gold to me. I love when my husband gets involved, and creative with the kids (happens way more than I ever post).
I loved this because I hardly did anything at all, and they were all out of moms hair for a little while so I could breath for a moment without being tripped.
I wish I had a picture of the map he created but I missed the opportunity before the kids got to it, and it was pretty destroyed lol. However, I can validate how amazing it was.
It was so neat watching their faces just illuminate telling me ALL about their hunt and the yummy chocolates/juice, neat little new toy/books, and the gold coins.
