Easy Pumpkin Muffins

We just love, love, love these pumpkin muffins, and eat them all year round. Now big disclaimer they are anything but healthy, so don’t let the pumpkin fool you.

I love these becuase I sneak pupmkin into my kids, and they are so incredible easy to make.

Ingredient:

  • 1 Box yellow, white, or spice cake mix (wouldn’t try any other kind)
  • 1 Can of pumpkin (not the pie filling just pureed pumpkin)
  • 1/2-3/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional! and nuts taste great also)

Directions:

I just dump all ingredients into a bowl and mix until your dry is all wet. Then I like to take a cupcake scoop to portion out evenly into a greased muffin tin. Then just bake in a 350*f preheated oven for 16-22 minutes depending on your oven.

I will look like you need more liquid but I promise you wont.
