Ingrediance:
- 6 tbls butter melted and set aside to cool while you do the rest first
- 2 eggs
- 1/2tsp sea salt
- 2&1/2 tbls baking power (not soda)
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2&1/4 cups milk
- 3 cups flour (no leveling just scoop gingerly and dump)
Directions:
Take the eggs, salt, baking powder, and vanilla and whisk well until puffy and light in color and smooth. Then add your flour and milk and whisk until it’s mixed. Last add your melted butter (you wait till the end so you don’t scramble your eggs) and whisk again a bit till combined.
I like to use melted butter to bush over the griddle vs a spray. Then I just use a scoop to make even pancakes on a low to medium setting. Once they start to bubble you knos it’s time to flip.
